Coaster and van hire for groups
Staff pick-ups, a school trip, a wedding guest shuttle or a family trip north — book a Coaster, Hiace or minibus that comes with its driver.
How many seats, and for how long?
Tell us who's coming and the vehicles drive in to carry them — a Hiace, a Coaster, or as many of each as it takes, seat by seat. Then set the day on the dial: the agency's block fills in, and any hour past it shows what it adds.

How it is priced
Group transport is sold two ways.
- In the city: one block of hours and kilometres at a fixed price, with overtime by the hour beyond the block.
- Out of the city: by the day, on vehicles whose agency offers an intercity rate, plus the driver's night allowance for each night away.
- Filter by seats to find a vehicle big enough. The passenger count you give is checked against the seats you book.
- Tell the agency your pick-up, drop-off and passenger count when you book, so the right vehicle turns up.
How booking works
- Pick an offer and enter the details of the job — the price is quoted live for exactly what you enter.
- Log in with your mobile number and send the request to the agency.
- The agency confirms or declines it, unless the offer is marked "Confirmed instantly".
- Nothing is charged online — you pay the agency directly.
