No. Cars are handed over with a full tank and should be returned full. Everything else — insurance, maintenance, tracker, token tax — is included in the rental price.
Yes. Intercity travel is allowed on all rentals with no extra per-kilometre charge. To drop the car in a different city, select intercity drop-off at checkout. Travel to Gilgit-Baltistan and interior Balochistan needs prior approval and is limited to our 4x4 fleet.
Daily and weekly rentals include 200 km per day. Monthly rentals include 3,000 km per month. The Fortuner includes 250 km per day. Beyond that it is PKR 22 per kilometre, billed at the end of the cycle.
Call support from the app. Roadside assistance is dispatched anywhere on the national highway network, and if the car cannot be repaired the same day we deliver a replacement and pause your billing.
All cars carry comprehensive insurance. You are liable only for the excess — PKR 25,000 on standard cars and PKR 60,000 on SUVs and premium models. File the report in the app within 24 hours and we handle the claim.
Yes, with an International Driving Permit, or your home-country licence together with a certified English or Urdu translation. Visitors must also show a passport with a valid Pakistani visa.
Yes, in every city we operate in, at no extra charge. Add your flight number at checkout and the car will be waiting.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up on daily and weekly bookings. Monthly rentals need seven days' notice; cancel inside that window and the remaining days of the cycle are charged.
Only drivers named on the booking are covered by the insurance. You can add a second driver free of charge at checkout — they need to pass the same CNIC and licence verification.
Yes. A driver can be added to any booking for PKR 3,500 per day, covering 10 hours. Overtime is PKR 400 per hour.
One day. There is no minimum booking length, though weekly and monthly rates work out considerably cheaper per day.
