In short: rent the car, drive it yourself, bring it back in the condition you got it, and don't do anything illegal in it.
You must be at least 21 (25 for SUVs and premium models), hold a valid driving licence for at least one year, and pass identity verification. Only drivers named on the booking may drive the vehicle.
Vehicles are for private self-drive use. They may not be used for racing, off-road driving outside our 4x4 fleet's approved routes, driving instruction, carrying goods for hire, sub-letting, or any unlawful purpose. Smoking is not permitted.
Vehicles are supplied with a full tank and must be returned full. Mileage allowances are stated on each vehicle. Excess mileage is charged at PKR 22 per kilometre. Tolls and traffic fines incurred during your rental remain your responsibility.
All vehicles carry comprehensive insurance. Your liability is limited to the stated excess — PKR 25,000 on standard vehicles, PKR 60,000 on SUVs and premium models — except where damage results from a breach of these terms, in which case the insurance may be void and you may be liable in full.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
In short: we collect what we need to verify you can legally drive and to deliver a car. We don't sell it.
To verify you are legally permitted to drive, to deliver and recover vehicles, to process payments, to handle insurance claims and traffic violations, and to meet our legal obligations.
Vehicles carry GPS trackers. Location is recorded only while a rental is active, is used for recovery, safety and dispute resolution, and is not shared with car owners on the platform.
Insurers, payment processors, and law-enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Identity documents are retained for the duration of your account plus the period required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@rentgari.pk.
In short: cancel a day ahead on short rentals, a week ahead on monthly ones.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up, refunded in full within 5–7 working days. Cancel inside 24 hours and one day's rental is retained.
Seven days' notice is required. Cancel inside that window and the remaining days of the current cycle are charged. Subsequent cycles are not.
If we cannot supply a vehicle, you receive a full refund plus a credit equal to one day's rental. If a vehicle fails during your rental and cannot be replaced the same day, billing is paused for the affected days.
Unused days on daily and weekly rentals are refunded pro rata. Monthly cycles are not refunded pro rata once started.
